Product Overview
These Angus cattle are pampered. Being pasture-raised with a supplemental diet of distilled brewers mash, they will have made it through the winter with rich coats and pleasing body lines. We do not use growth hormones or GMO additives.
A split-quarter includes all of the various cuts, such as ribeyes & New Yorks, sirloins and filets, short ribs and roasts, stew meat, kabobs and ground meat, plus a few other cuts. A quarter is estimated at about 110 finished pounds of meat.
Pricing shown is a 33.3% deposit. For August 2024 delivery, after deposit, 1/3 due in May with the balance to be billed following processing. For October 2024 delivery, after deposit, 1/3 due in June with the balance billed following processing.
