Product Overview
These Angus cattle are pampered. Being pasture-raised with a supplemental diet of distilled brewers mash, they have rich coats and pleasing body lines showing a well-balanced diet and a relaxed lifestyle. We do not use growth hormones or GMO additives.
A split-quarter includes all of the various cuts, such as ribeyes & New Yorks, sirloins and filets, short ribs and roasts, stew meat, kabobs and ground meat, plus a few other cuts. A quarter is estimated at about 100 finished pounds of meat and should provide a full year of beef.
Pricing shown is a 1/3 deposit. Reserve a quarter for early January 2026 delivery and split up the balance if you'd like in monthly payments for a total expenditure of $1200.00.
