These Angus cattle are pampered. Being pasture-raised with a supplemental diet of distilled brewers mash from Copper Fox, they have rich coats and pleasing body lines showing a well-balanced diet and a relaxed lifestyle. We do not use growth hormones or GMO additives.
1/8th of a bull includes all of the various cuts, such as ribeyes & New Yorks, sirloins and filets, short ribs and roasts, stew meat, patties, breakfast links, Bratwurst and ground meat, plus a few other cuts. An eighth is estimated at about 50 finished pounds of meat and should provide a half year of beef.
